The design is based on a find from Skogstorp, Sweden. Skogstorp is believed to have been a place of trade and worship during the bronze age. This axe was found with the fragment of another on farmland, in 1864. It is owned by Historiska museet (item number 96956_HST).
This pendant was cast in tin (99% tin 1% copper) in our atelier in Sweden. Comes with an adjustable waxed cotton cord (black or brown) Stainless steel chain & clasp option available as an add-on.
