Once your request is received, I will let you know if I will accept your project within 2 to 5 business days. If your project is accepted, I will send you an estimate and will start work once a first installement is sent (usually about 25% of the estimated price).
I will then send you sketches/further information about the project. Once an agreement is reached, I will start producing your order.

Producing time will depend on the project but should take between 5 to 20 business days.
Processing and shipping time is as usual.
